Our focus is on medical care and access to education. In the project countries, we create structures that permanently improve the lives of people in need, for example by building hospitals and schools, training local employees and providing relief supplies and medicines.[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator sep_color=&#8221;&#8221; uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;181266&#8243;][vc_custom_heading heading_semantic=&#8221;h3&#8243; text_size=&#8221;&#8221; uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;107367&#8243;]Deployment of medical staff in our healthcare facilities[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;126108&#8243;]<strong>In our project countries, we operate medical facilities to which we dispatch specialists.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The doctors, nurses and midwives we send not only work on patients, but also provide ongoing training for local staff in all specialist areas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Our current project sites for which we need medical personnel are:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mozambique:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>we are looking for doctors and nurses for a hospital in Pemba and health facilities in the province of Cabo Delgado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sierra Leone:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>we are looking for pediatricians and nurses for our children&#8217;s hospital in Freetown<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sudan:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>we are looking for doctors, nurses and midwives for our hospital in the Nuba Mountains<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Central African Republic:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>we are looking for doctors, nurses and midwives for our hospital in Bossemb\u00e9l\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Prerequisite for project involvement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a minimum age of 25 years<\/li>\n<li>At least three years of professional experience (after college or apprenticeship)<\/li>\n<li>solid foreign language skills<\/li>\n<li>Time for a foreign assignment of six months<\/li>\n<li>the ability to work independently<\/li>\n<li>Team-player skills<\/li>\n<li>Improvisational and organizational skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner column_width_percent=&#8221;100&#8243;
