Fines allocated by public prosecutors and criminal courts are an important and welcome part in supporting Cap Anamur’s charitable work. They enable us to set up our projects for the long term and to react quickly and independently in crisis situations.
Cap Anamur is listed as a non-profit organization in all 24 Superior Courts.
Fines shall be used exclusively for the purpose provided for in the Articles of Association. Transparency and efficiency in dealing with fines go without saying. We will inform you about the receipt or failure of payments in a timely manner.
