Midwife with a Passion

Sarah Schütz has been working for Cap Anamur in the Central African Republic since the beginning of March. The trained midwife works in our hospital in Bossembélé and is currently reporting on her work in the ZDF Mittagsmagazin.

The 27-year-old midwife has now been in the Central African Republic for four months for Cap Anamur. Her duties include not only bringing life into the world, but also providing medical care to newborns and mothers. In addition, it provides further training for local employees.

Sarah Schütz tells ZDF Mittagsmagazin how much the work at Cap Anamur Hospital has already influenced her and what experiences she has had so far.
